Job Title: Program Director – Park Heights
Status: Full Time
Reporting to the Park Heights Senior Building and Operations Director, the Program Director will ©WWW
be primarily responsible for oversight, supervision and direction of the Park Heights Children and
Youth programming, including but not limited to J-Town, Camp Koolanu, Enrichment Programs,
Special Events and Motzai Shabbos activities. The Program Director will help re-envision how the
Weinberg Park Heights JCC can serve the needs of JCC members and guests in the community
through more innovative and exciting programing.
Applicants must be able to work effectively in a team oriented culture; possess strong written
and oral communication skills; must have spectacular customer service skills; must demonstrate
a strong understanding of the Park Heights Jewish community and be able to liaison with Jewish
organizations and communal leadership; must have strong computer and general organizational
skills; must have 3 years children, youth and/or adult programming experience.
