community and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide individualized, compassionate,
family-centered care in the homes of the people we serve. Elite takes pride in providing exceptional care to
our clients in the comfort of their own home. Our caregivers meet the needs of our clients by assisting
with daily living activities; such as cooking, shopping, light housekeeping, meal planning or preparation and
medication reminders, driving to appointments, laundry and personal care. In addition, we provide respite
care and enable the family caregiver some relief that they may feel is desperately needed. Elite HomeCare
Services focuses on the needs of the individual in order to provide personalized care to every client. A
determination of a patient’s needs is done by an initial assessment/evaluation. This service is free of
charge to our clients. Formulation of a care plan is then implemented by our caregiving team. We hire the
most qualified and experienced caregivers that complete a multi-step hiring process that meet the
following requirements: Mandatory Fingerprinting, 50 State background checks, Substance Abuse
Screening, Licensure Verification, Required Multiple References, CPR and First Aid Certification, Negative
TB screen and Previous Employment Verification. All caregivers are bonded and insured.
